Packaging & Shipping : USA & Canada ( We Only Ship Within The United States its Territories and Canada)
- Standard items will be mailed within 3 business days of the receipt of the order. Custom items may take longer, but we will notify customers upon
the provision of the quotation. - All items will be securely and appropriately packaged. If you have any special requirements – e.g. gift wrap, or presentation boxes – I can accommodate
such requests at extra cost. Please advise us of your requirements before ordering. - We offer Standard mail, and Express mail, selectable at checkout.
- Purchase over $50 worth of goods and receive FREE SHIPPING . This must be selected at checkout, otherwise the flat rate of $5 will be applied. Free
shipping is not available when selecting Express Post. - If a customer selects free shipping for purchases under $50, Karenna Maraj Jewelry will not mail the goods until full payment of the outstanding
shipping charge is made. - Express mail is charged based upon approximate weight.
- Shipping will be subject to all rules and conditions as applied by UPS, (or other agency if applicable).
Stock Availability
The order time frame depends upon the current stock availability of the item(s) that you wish to order and the delivery method that you choose.
Not all products are available in stock at all times.
For most products on the web site, the current availability is shown on the product page with the heading ‘availability’. Products that read ‘in stock’
means that the product is currently in stock.
