At Karenna Maraj we want you to absolutely love your jewelry. However, in the rare case that you’re not satisfied with anything you have purchased from our website we will gladly issue you an exchange or store credit. Certain conditions need to be met - which are outlined below.
We will issue you an exchange, or store credit, given that:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase date
- The item is unused and in its original condition. Product tags must be attached or accompany the product on return.
- You return the item, together with the original sale receipt, bank or credit card statement.
- Jewelry that is damaged or scratched may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and an exchange refused.
Making an Exchange by Mail
To return item(s) to us, simply mail item(s) you are exchanging with your original receipt and packagaing. Please consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Karenna Maraj cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our store or arrive damaged. The store credit will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Karenna. However, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your account balance to be updated. The amount of store credit will cover the value of the item(s) purchased, however shipping charges are NOT refundable. Items being returned for immediate exchange will be charged an additional shipping charge when new items are reshipped.
