Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Please review and accept before submitting your wholesale account application. By submitting your application, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Wholesale Accounts and Ordering Methods
- Initial Order: 4 piece minimum. No minimum piece number or amount for reorders.
- New wholesale accounts must be registered and approved prior to placing an order.
- Upon approval, we will assign you an account number and password to access and download our wholesale line sheets, as well as a unique login name and password that enables you to shop at wholesale prices online.
- You may place your wholesale order online, by telephone, or by appointment at our store in Belmont, MA.
- To purchase wholesale, you must be an established business or reseller with a valid tax ID or reseller license number.
- Initial orders require full payment by credit card when the order is placed. Your card will not be processed until your order is ready for shipment. Your order will ship once your card has been approved and processed.
- Methods: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal are accepted online. Checks are accepted after your first order.
Shipping and Handling
- Rates & Carriers: We ship USPS. Shipping charges will be included on the invoice.
- Handling times: Wholesale orders take approximately 1-4 weeks to ship, depending on season, size of order and number of current orders. Typical turnaround time is two weeks for larger orders, and one week for smaller orders.
- Rush orders are available by special request and may incur additional charges for production or shipping costs.
Returns and Exchanges
- Kareanna Maraj Jewelry stands behind its products. We will gladly replace any defective product with an identical product or issue you a credit for the defective item. You must contact us to request a return authorization within five business days of receiving shipment.
- No returns will be accepted after 15 days. No exchanges after 90 days. All returns and exchanges require prior authorization.
- Exchanges must be off set with a new order that exceeds the dollar amount of the exchange by a 2 to 1 ratio.
- A ten percent restocking fee is charged. Items in poor condition will not be accepted. Discontinued styles cannot be exchanged.
- Returned items must be in their original condition (i.e. new, unworn, undamaged) to receive a merchandise credit.
- Karenna Maraj Jewelry reserves the right to refuse items that are returned without authorization or in unacceptable condition.
- You will receive a merchandise credit for your returned items to exchange for new items or to apply to future orders.
- Kareanna Maraj Jewelry is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping, and we retain the right to refuse returns, exchanges or repairs shipped without authorization.
- Please call first for approval. For example: send single earring when requesting a replacement so the earring can be matched.
- We stand by the quality of our jewelry and will gladly repair (free of charge) any piece that breaks while on display at your store within 90 days of shipment. We guarantee our jewelry to your customers as well, and will repair their jewelry (if broken or damaged) free or charge within one year of purchase date.
- You must notify Karenna Maraj Jewelry to request a repair authorization, and ship the jewelry to us within five business days of authorization. Please be ready with the item number of the damaged jewelry, a detailed description of its condition, and a clear photograph, if possible, before requesting a repair authorization.
- The retailer will be charged for the materials and labor needed to repair any of our jewelry brought in for repair by a customer after one year from the date of purchase. Charging the customer is at your discretion.
- You may also refer the customer directly to us for repairs. Keep in mind we also offer earring replacements, if your customer loses one earring and inquires about finding a match for it.
